Internal

New Music Release & Soul Reflection

“Internal” — a song made from honest surrender

“Some things in life aren’t fixable, and that’s okay. Healing can be quiet, slow, and full of grace. You don’t have to prove your worth through happiness. It’s okay to just be.” 💛

Today, I gave myself permission to stop chasing the life the world told me I needed—success, power, performance, perfection.

I laid it all down.

Because the truth is:
Some things are not fixable.
And pretending otherwise can become a quiet violence against the soul.

“Internal” is a song born from that sacred surrender.
From choosing to sit with sadness—without shame.
From releasing the pressure to be happy and instead seeking peace.

Not a forced peace.
Not the kind you wear to make others comfortable.
But the kind God whispers into the torn places of our hearts:

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusteth in Thee.” — Isaiah 26:3

That verse became my anchor today.

Not as a demand to “be okay”…
But as a gentle reminder:
Peace is possible. Even here. Even now.

I no longer need to prove I’m healing by being “great.”
I no longer need to rise above the pain to be worthy of love.
I can be internal—quiet, slow, tender.
I can be broken and beloved at the same time.
I can grieve and still trust.
I can exist without performance.

If you’re hurting too…
Please hear this:

You don’t need to impress anyone with your healing.
You don’t have to prove your worth through joy.
  It’s okay to be still.
  It’s okay to be sad.
  It’s okay to just be.

You are allowed to heal in silence.
You are allowed to exist in grace.

Let this song be your soft place to land.
💛 From my soul to yours.
