FurtherHomeOneDay — A Sound Offering for Those Healing in Silence
FurtherHomeOneDay — A Sound Offering for Those Healing in Silence
By Desert Rose-RedRose EmeraldzCity
There are songs that come from inspiration…
And then there are songs that come from survival.
FurtherHomeOneDay was born in the quiet aftermath of pain—
The kind you don’t always talk about.
The kind that lingers in the shadows of family, memory, and longing.
The kind that teaches you how to love without condition—
Even when the love isn't returned.
This song holds the ache of what it means to find peace inside of chaos.
To breathe when your boundaries are tested.
To remain gentle when you’ve been misunderstood.
To carry grief in your chest, and still make room for joy.
I spent time this week in deep reflection.
I lifted weights through tears.
I chose silence over argument.
I chose stillness over proving.
I chose presence over panic.
And I remembered this:
"No matter how many times life tries to break me… I will rise to help a thousand more."
This track is for the ones who have been judged unfairly.
For those whose stories have been twisted, but who still choose to heal.
For the ones whose names were whispered in rooms they never entered.
For the hearts that love deeply, quietly, even while carrying pain.
"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves… defend the rights of the poor and needy."
— Proverbs 31:8–9
"The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone."
— Psalm 118:22
"I will restore to you the years the locusts have eaten."
— Joel 2:25
I don't share this to blame or to shame.
I share it to remind others that healing is possible—even when your wounds are invisible to the world.
This isn’t just a song.
It’s a declaration.
A breath.
A quiet prayer.
And a promise:
You are not alone.
You are not crazy.
You are not too much.
You are not too broken.
You are walking further home…
One breath, one beat, one day at a time.
"She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come."
— Proverbs 31:25
"And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in."
— Isaiah 58:12
