Feel — New Music Release & Soul Reflection

A SoundCry for the Brave-Hearted and the Broken-Hearted

“Some things in life aren’t fixable, and that’s okay.
Healing can be quiet, slow, and full of grace.
You don’t have to prove your worth through happiness.
It’s okay to just be.”
💛

Today, I gave myself permission to stop chasing...

…the life everyone else told me I needed.
The success. The performance. The “fix.”
I laid it all down.

Because some things in this life are not fixable.
And pretending otherwise becomes another form of violence against the soul.

"Feel" was born in that moment.
Made from honest surrender.
From choosing to sit in sadness without shame.
From releasing the exhausting search for happiness—
and choosing instead… to seek peace.

A Sound Cry from the Womb of Humanity

I am burdened and blessed with the pain of feel.
I am choosing to sit and remain in this real.

We often run from the deep,
afraid to look longer than a glance—
holding our own power… hidden behind pride.

To sit and feel and watch and peel—
it hurts.
But when we run too long,
the wound festers deeper.

I know it hurts.
I’m so sorry that it hurts.

The First Cry

Maybe that’s why,
when a child is born into this world,
their first instinct is to cry.

It is the first emotion—
released from inside.

In the womb, shielded by warmth,
floating in fluid, untouched by gravity…
a child may very well cry:

“Ouch.”
Everything hurts.
What is this… feel?

But then comes adaptation—
to pain, to pressure, to this strange new world.
And sometimes, a warm embrace.
A soothing voice:

“There, there… I know it hurts.
I know you’re scared.
I know exactly how you feel.
But I’m here. You are safe.
You are loved.
And it’s going to be okay.”

But Not Everyone Gets the Warmth

Some of us don’t get the comfort.
Some meet the cruelty too soon.
And even with love around us—
this world still hurts.

So we adapt.
We grow.
Even that hurts.

We search for safe places:
in people, in silence, in songs.
But sometimes,
those places are hard to find.

If You’re Hurting Too…

I want you to know:
You will always find refuge in the heart of God.
He sees you.
He came here Himself…
to feel what we feel.

Yes—even God chose to feel.
To know humanity.
To understand you.

And I believe…
He does.

When Feeling Becomes Divine

The highest form of divinity and humanity
is the ability to feel—and not run away.
To stand in another’s shoes
for the sake of compassion.

Who wants to do that?
Who says: “Let me hurt with you”?

But if we don’t…
the numbness takes root.
And then—
we hurt others without realizing.

It doesn’t take a hero to feel.
But the act of feeling
might make one of you.

“In our weakness, He is made strong.”

So Come Sit with Me...

In a world chasing higher, louder, more…
I invite you to sit.
To feel.
To breathe.

Yes, it will hurt.
But it will remind you that you’re alive.
And not alone.

Lean into the One who holds your soul like the sun.
Feel what’s real.
Grieve what’s gone.
And still—breathe.

You Are Human, And That’s Enough

You don’t have to be perfect.
Or powerful.
Or whole.

You are worthy just by existing.
You are loved even in your sadness.

Let your tears fall.
Let your soul rest.
Let your pain have a voice.
Let your breath be enough.

You are not alone.
And you never have to be again.

Final Whisper

“His mercies are new every morning.”

You can begin again.
Over and over again.

I love you.
Always and forever.
Keep going.
I’m right here.
It’s time to…
